I used to wonder, 

"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME?!"

Here I was, successful at life from all appearances. I had a great job, family I loved, friends, even the beach house in Hawaii.

On the outside I seemed to have it all, but inside I was miserable.

I figured it must be the weight that was the cause of my pain. 

I tried all of the diets and everything the diet industry pumps in our brains, but those didn't work for any legnth of time. 

Clearly I was broken. 

I had spent 46 years trying to get healthy and lose weight. I was beyond frustrated.

I set out on this quest this time on my middle-aged knees, begging for help, open to anything.
 
I was anxious, stressed out and felt like I didn't have a real purpose. Like I was trapped in the rat race.

 I was over-eating, over-drinking, over-everything to not feel and my body was getting bigger and bigger.
At over 300 lbs, when the Universe brought me to meditation instead of the surgery table, I was skeptical, but desperate for relief so I went all in.
As I started practicing meditation, an amazing thing happened- I was naturally making healthier choices! 

I was more peaceful and less stressed, helping reduce stress-eating and anxiety, and helping me become the observer of myself, empowering me.
My daughter noticed within 2 weeks of my practice. 
I still remember her looking at me and saying- 

I created a NEW me! Inside and Out. And I keep doing it...because I found ME. Right inside.

We all have the ability to meditate. It's our natural state of consciousness. However, if you think you can't or struggle, you are not alone. If you have a question not answered, please email me any time [email protected]

I've tried to meditate before but I can never sit there. 

I feel you! This is perhaps the biggest challenge-getting ourself to sit still. I promise you through this practice of self-discipline (yeah, that dreaded word we don't want to hear-don't hang up!). Through training ourselves to sit in stillness, the rest of the world starts to make sense. The tools provided in this course and group will help you start to understand your brain and body in a new way. You will want to make sitting there a priority. The community, with our focus on building habits, which I've also woven throughout this course material, is there to support you on this. It's just developing a new habit, and when you learn to stop judging yourself for thinking there is something wrong with you, and instead learn how to make the change, you will acheive true transformation, and I'm here for that all day long. Aren't you?
